Interested in joining the Worship Choir? Come sit in on a rehearsal, meet the team, and experience what it’s like to serve with us. There’s no commitment—just an opportunity to see if the Worship Choir feels like a good fit for you.

We currently have openings in our Soprano and Tenor sections.

Friendly Neighbors Picnic

Join us for the Friendly Neighbors Picnic, a special gathering for our Senior Adult Ministry, on Tuesday, September 8 at 11:30 AM at Frank Liske Park – Phillip Morris Shelter.

Enjoy a time of food, fellowship, and special music from Brent and Monica Riley. Bring a dish to share along with your beverage of choice; bottled water will be provided.

Invite a friend and come enjoy the afternoon with us!

Afterward, we'll gather at the CORE for an Ice Cream Social. Sign up beginning this Sunday to bring your favorite homemade ice cream to share, and plan to stay for a little while to fellowship, and enjoy time with your church family. We'd love to see you there!

Join us for this year's Serve NC projects! We will be helping out our community partners at Pitts School Road and Carl Furr Elementary Schools. We'll be helping with some landscaping needs before their school year gets started. Meet here at the church on Saturday, August 8, at 8:00am for breakfast and a devotion before we head out to serve. The Martins have enjoyed countless radio hits and performances at concert halls, arenas, auditoriums and churches worldwide. During the 1990s, the Martins rose to national and international success, showcasing their stunning and distinctive harmonies before a vast array of audiences, from legendary singer/songwriter Bill Gaither's multi-award winning Homecoming Video and Concert Series to the White House to Carnegie Hall. Over the years, the Trio has garnered eight Dove Awards from the Gospel Music Association, as well as a prestigious Grammy nomination.

Join us for an evening of ministry and worship with Dove and Grammy Award winning Christian artist Steve Green in concert at Pitts Baptist Church on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 7 PM.

 Experience an evening of beloved songs from renowned Christian artist Steve Green encompassing 40 years of ministry, as well as songs from his new studio album, "Ocean of Hope". We trust you will find this evening inspiring and uplifting in your faith journey.  The concert will also feature the PBC Worship Choir.

Youth Mission Trip to Alaska – May 30–June 6

This summer, our youth will travel to Alaska to serve, encourage, and share Christ in a unique and challenging mission field. Throughout the week, students will partner with local ministries and churches, engage in hands-on service projects, and build meaningful relationships with people in the community. Along the way, they’ll be stretched outside their comfort zones, grow in their faith, and learn what it means to live on mission—wherever God sends them.

Join us for an evening of grilling, yard games, and fellowship! If you've been wanting to find community or just meet new people, this is a great place to start!
